Information we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, enquiry type, subject and message. We collect only what you choose to enter.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to your enquiry and to manage communication with ILM Society. Messages are saved in our website database and sent to our team inbox. We do not sell your details and we do not share them for marketing.

Security check

The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam. reCAPTCHA is provided by Google and is subject to Google’s privacy policy and terms of service.

Third-party content

This website loads fonts, icons, maps and videos from third parties, including Google Fonts, Font Awesome, Google Maps, YouTube and Facebook. These services may receive technical information such as your IP address when your browser loads their content, under their own privacy policies.

Scholarship applications

Applications can be made through the online scholarship portal or on the scholarship form (PDF). We use the information you submit, including supporting documents, only to assess your application and to keep in touch about it. The portal is run on a separate website, so its own terms and privacy notice also apply there. Information on the printed form is handled under the terms stated on the form itself.
